About the Role:

Manages all work order, HVAC Preventative Maintenance activity for up to 614 Specialty Outlet locations. Provides high level, white glove service creating and or managing work orders to subcontractors and vendors. Provides a direct line of communication with the Client Property Manager to ensure all landlord requirements are met. Ensures work activity is in compliance with the Client contract by ensuring constant communication and task responsibility is checked with Property Manager.

This is a remote position. Candidate must be located in Eastern or Central time zones.

What You’ll Do:

+ Reviews, coordinates and process all high-level building work order requests primary role. Takes appropriate action to resolve issue and ensures high level of customer communication and support. Ensures work is completed to customer’s satisfaction.

+ Acts to service the SPOT issues per the requests and client’s direction. Communicates and documents all issues in Corrigo work order system. Follows all program requirements vendor and service requirements. Ensures daily generation of communications, work orders, data collection, process improvement to enable the highest level of customer service.

+ Conduct and put in place regular vendor performance management review meetings. Maintain and developing good communications with Property Managers, vendors and building management. Coordinate with landlord on COI and site requirements, escalating issues as needed.

+ Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.Will require occasional after hour support for work order needs.

+ Supports hurricane storm needs as directed by management and the client.

+ Assists in systems administration for specialized software utilized by the business group to support its operations. Researches and resolves routine support issues. Follows-up to ensure open issues are resolved. Assists in preparing user reference material.

+ Communicates work orders to technicians/vendor and ensures issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.

+ Generates and provides reports on work order status to Supervisor. Checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor. Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files.

+ Troubleshoots and resolves simple inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.

+ Reviews and monitors department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers. May network with external contacts to research and recommend best practices.

+ Assists in communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations. Helps to facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution.

+ As needed, processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding. Assists with documenting facility inspections and trains technicians on various computer/tablet applications for use on the work order system, email, and training.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Ops Mgmt Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Ops Mgmt Analyst position is $81,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
