Position Summary: The OneStream Solutions Architect will lead the daily operation, implementation, and enhancement of the OneStream application. This position will provide a broad range of data, reporting, and system support to the OneStream users and will work closely with the IT function. This role ensures the successful utilization and adoption of the OneStream application by providing technical support, delivering enhancements, and running continued implementation waves. The OneStream Solutions Architect will champion the OneStream platform, data integrations, build activities and report development. This role will also support user adoption and training for the global finance team. Additionally, this role will drive process improvements surrounding month-end close, reporting, and planning activities by leveraging OneStream technology and adopting OneStream best practices. This role will report to the Director of Financial Systems. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:+ Lead OneStream application build tasks and activities
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to functional/development teams for new implementations, enhancements, and support
+ Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and build using tools on the OneStream Platform
+ Maintain and create API connections with internal IT and external vendors to support Financial Consolidations and ESG reporting
+ Follow OneStream security administration to secure meta data, user access, establish controls over entity structures, data translations, chart of accounts, and reporting
+ Evaluate and execute OneStream platform upgrades and communicate impacts; create test plans and perform functional testing within OneStream
+ Maintain and enhance OneStream business rules and member formulas to support complex consolidation and reporting requirements
+ Evaluate and build logical views, data hierarchies and reporting structures; build and maintain dashboards and cube views in OneStream
+ Manage relationships with IT and serve as an advocate for OneStream users; l iaise with OneStream customer support and external implementation teams
+ Train and mentor functional and technical team members in gaining expertise on OneStream tools/technologies and methodologies; b uild and maintain robust process documentation
+ Manage ad-hoc business requests for data extraction and analysis
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:+ Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of related experience
+ Proven experience in reporting implementation for multinational business
+ 4+ years of experience working in OneStream, Hyperion or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
+ 4+ years of experience with accounting and financial consolidation and reporting concepts
+ NET/C#, SQL coding experience
+ Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of US GAAP accounting standards
+ Strong project management skills
+ Strong analytical and data management skills
+ Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, and creative
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional problem-solving skills
+ Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts
+ Ability to understand, develop and refine processes
+ Must possess a professional demeanor
+ Travel requirement 10% – 15%
+ This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
