Job Description

A mid-sized Architecture firm in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Licensed Architect to their team!

Job Description:

+ Responsible for running multi-million dollar k-12 educational projects

+ Attend initial client meetings

+ Participate in creation/execution of the following:

+ early design concepts

+ schematic designs

+ design development

+ construction documentation

+ construction administration

+ project close out

Qualifications:

+ Accredited Degree in Architecture

+ Licensed Architect highly preferred- must be on track for licensure

+ Must have at least 5 years of professional, post-graduate experience (not internship experience or experience outside of US standard/codes)

+ Professional Revit proficiency

+ Commercial project experience; k-12 experience is highly preferred

+ Prior experience running a multi-million dollar project
