Must have at least 2 years of experience

+ Seeking a dedicated Flavor Task Force Project Lead to develop and test flavors across various applications including beverage, dairy, confectionery, bakery, and savory recipes.

+ The role involves determining dosages for flavor task force and shelf matching project requests, collaborating with flavor chemists, applications techs, and product managers, and maintaining professional communication with R&D, Applications, Product Management, and sales teams.

+ Responsibilities also include maintaining lab cleanliness and efficient, precise data recording in SAP. You will assist in optimizing the product portfolio and designing a portfolio for the North and South American markets.

+ Prepare and test flavors in beverage, dairy, confectionery, bakery and savory recipes

+ Determine dosages in applications for flavor task force and shelf matching project requests.

+ Discuss projects with the flavor chemists, applications techs, and product managers.

+ Professional communication with R&D, Applications, Product Management and sales.

+ Maintain cleanliness of the lab

+ Efficient and precise data recording in SAP

+ Optimization of the product portfolio together with product management, R&D, and application.

+ Assist in designing a portfolio for the North and South American markets.
