Job Description
Position Summary : Performs clerical duties in the laboratory working with Medical Technologists to receive, process and distribute specimens for testing.
Position Requirements :
+ High school diploma
+ 1 year of medical/clinical laboratory experience is preferred
+ Comfortable handling biological specimens
+ Strong data entry and organizational skills
+ Knowledge of office procedures, filing and handling telephones
+ Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
+ Able to speak and write English fluently
+ Phlebotomy experience/certification preferred
