Work closely with the Regional President, ensuring they are well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and providing necessary follow-ups. Act as a barometer by staying updated on issues within the environment and keeping executives informed. Manage correspondence, draft documents, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize the executives’ appointment schedules, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel. Oversee day-to-day office operations and contribute to management efforts by coordinating and facilitating management meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

+ MS Office suite proficiency

+ Experience with organizing calendars

+ Experience with handling expenses

+ Experience booking travel

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

+ Excellent interpersonal skills

+ Exceptional organizational skills

+ Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.
