Job Description
Well established National Title Insurance Company is now hiring an experienced Construction Escrow Administrator .The construction escrow officer will provide construction loan escrow services to clients and/or their lenders. The essential duties of this role are sworn statement review, lien waiver review and disbursement of construction proceeds.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent experience- 5+ years related real estate, escrow and/or title experience with 3+ years experience directly handling construction transactions (commercial and/or residential)
- Underwriting and legal knowledge preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as escrow, closing, title, operating and procedure manuals
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and our team of sales, escrow, and title employees
- Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills required
- Self-motivated to work in a fast paced environment
