Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembly Technician where you will be responsible for loading and moving wooden structures, general framing, and construction tasks. Your daily activities will include cutting, drilling, sanding, measuring, and cutting wood, as well as framing wooden structures. You will also gather materials, build wooden structures and tracks, fill gaps, sand surfaces, and trim protective shields. Additionally, you will apply protective coatings, machine pockets, install lifting pins, and read part drawings to ensure quality wood working and finishing. A mechanical quiz and measurement test will be required before submission.
Hard Skills
+ Hand and power tool experience
+ Wood cutting, trimming, and fabrication experience (1-2 years)
+ Carpentry, construction, assembly experience (1-2 years)
+ Ability to read a tape measure to 16th of an inch
+ Experience with micrometers and calipers
+ Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
+ Bilingual (preferred)
Pay is $18-22 an hour on day shift
