Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Burn Table Operator, you will complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include setting up, operating, and maintaining plasma and oxy-fuel burntables, ensuring all equipment is used safely and left clean. You will also be responsible for the proper labeling and routing of parts, effective utilization of raw materials, especially steel plates, and operating overhead cranes and forklifts. Additionally, you will record production and inspection activities in a computer-based business system, and fully support the company’s ISO objectives, policies, procedures, and safety programs.

Job Type
This is a direct-hire, permanent position with great benefits.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Work Environment
Large equipment manufacturing shop with standard hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, and additional hours as needed. The team currently works 50-55 hours per week due to high demand, with goals to reduce this by expanding the team.
