Job Title: Sorter
Job Description
As a Sorter, you will be responsible for removing all nonconforming materials such as husks, stalks, damaged or moldy products, rogues, off-types, and inert materials like weeds and refuse. You will also ensure that your work area remains clean and orderly. The role requires standing, sitting, reaching with arms and hands, twisting at the waist, stooping, and effective communication. You will be frequently exposed to elevated noise levels and moving conveyors.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Utica, Illinois.
Work Environment
This position offers a structured work schedule. Team 1 works Sunday from 5:45am to 5:15pm, Monday and Tuesday for full shifts, and Wednesday from 5:45am to 12:15pm. Team 2 works Wednesday from 11:45am to 6:15pm, Thursday and Friday for full shifts, and Saturday from 5:45am to 5:15pm. Teams alternate on Wednesdays.
