Position Overview:

The manager for the US license advisor team is responsible for leading and managing a team of US based individuals to achieve the company's software and cloud sales goals. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building, and maintaining relationships with key customers, internal partners and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

What you'll do as the License Advisor Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of license advisors.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve teams and business sales goals.
Be accountable for the growth of Cloud and Services solutions.
Manage the software pipeline and will collaborate directly with regional peers to identify target customers for net new cloud solutions.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure flawless execution between Account Managers, Cloud Executives, Solution Architects, Partners, and our customers.
Collaborate with the License Advisor Manager in Pakistan
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Facilitate publisher learning and certification opportunities for the license advisor team.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the company's software solutions meet the needs of customers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Some travel required.
What you will bring to the team:

Proven experience in software sales, with a history of achieving sales targets.
Minimum of 3 years leadership, management, and mentoring skills
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Familiarity with the cloud and software industry and market trends
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Microsoft software certifications preferred.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus.

Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Washington area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
