Vitalant is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant III dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Laboratory Assistant III, is vital. Support Vitalant's life saving mission by performing daily clerical and administrative tasks, including sample receipt, data entry, and communicating with customers regarding samples. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely, high-quality test results.

Schedule: Days Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Clinical Laboratory Assistant III, you'll get to:
- Resolve routine problems and recommend corrective actions for non-routine issues while maintaining accurate records and documentations.
- Accessions samples for testing, identify and report discrepancies to management for resolution.
- Oversee inventory supplies, investigating and resolving shipping, receipt and labeling exceptions.
- Participate in performance improvement teams and training programs.
- Pack and ship and deliver supplies and/or specimens to customers.
Requirements
- High School or GED required.
- Valid in-state drivers license required.
- Two years of related experience required.
