Experience the satisfaction of helping to facilitate self-directed recovery. Position is full-time and is based in Granite City, IL with travel to Bond, Clinton, Marion, and Madison Counties. Responsibilities: Engage clients in services prior to their treatment. Help individuals to identify personal strengths and barriers to achieving treatment and recovery goals and to develop natural supports and sobriety-based activities to support long-term recovery. Consult and encourage clients on concerns and achievements presented during the recovery process. Link clients to recovery communities and ancillary services. Coordinate services with treatment team and other supports.

Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
