Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Remote Azure DevOps Engineer for an opportunity with a client located in the US.

Responsibilities:
The role of the DevOps Manager involves coordinating the efforts of product design and development with the more business-oriented operations and production to achieve successful new product launches
Design and development of an organization's infrastructure is one of the key responsibilities of a DevOps Engineer, they also deploy automation which reduces risk management and uphold the infrastructure of the organization
Extensive collaboration is required to yield good results. Everything ranging from technical analyses to deployment and monitoring is handled, with the focus to enhance overall system reliability and scalability
DevOps engineers have to stay on top of industry trends and best practices whilst recognizing opportunities for automation, design development, and other solutions in a comprehensive manner to boost operational efficiency
DevOps Engineers have to be adaptive to take on a variety of work
Requirements:
5+ years previous experience implementing projects utilizing resources in Azure, especially:
Kubernetes
Virtual machines
Storage and storage accounts
Managed SQL instances
Backup and Recovery
5+ years previous experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling and best-practices, especially:
Ansible
Terraform
5+ years experience with containerization
Ability to support developers using Docker Desktop a plus
5+ years experience developing and maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines and industry best-practices, especially:
Jenkins
GitHub actions
5+ years experience with Linux server administration
