Job Description
DUTIES
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting the real estate agents on the team, ensuring they have the resources and tools they need to be successful.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining equipment, facilities, and supplies.
- Interacting with clients, both in person and over the phone, to answer inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintaining and updating the team's client database, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Assisting with marketing efforts, including coordinating marketing materials, social media posts, and property listings.
- Managing financial transactions, such as tracking expenses, handling invoices, and ensuring the team's financial records are in order.
REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or closely related.
