  • Rotating Schedule: 7 a.m. CT to 4 p.m. CT, 8 a.m. CT to 5 p.m. CT, 9 a.m. CT to 6 p.m. CT, and 10 a.m. CT to 7 p.m. CT
  • One Saturday per month: 9 a.m. CT to 2 p.m. CT


HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Member Services Supervisor is responsible for leading a group of Call Center colleagues to successfully achieve expected results centered on providing an enhanced member experience. This role ensures adherence to policy and procedures, keeps Management abreast of opportunities should they arise, and maintains colleague monthly scorecards coupled with the right level of guidance and support to aid in their development.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment that supports achieving the Companys mission, objectives and values
  • Prioritize, assign, evaluate and supervise the work of all Customer Service Representatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance for performance improvement and development
  • Direct and oversee the training of new representatives
  • Work to maintain and increase employee engagement
  • Gain a subject matter expert level of our products in all areas
  • Other duties as assigned


IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Highschool diploma, GED or college degree
  • 5 - 7 years of applicable experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
  • Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
  • An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
