Job Summary:
Responsible for providing and creating robust analytical and administrative support for the Wholesale Sales Team. Designs and maintains sales reports to be used for fact-based selling. Manages trade plans, spending and forecasting in conjunction with sales leaders. This role also provides ad hoc analytical support. This position supports the Walgreens sales team.

Scope of Responsibilities

Scope of Responsibilities:
Support sales teams with reporting and actionable data that will help to achieve:
Utilize POS reporting systems to compile, distribute, and maintain accurate weekly sales reports for internal and external stakeholders
Organize and maintain internal trackers used to monitor progress and performance
Utilize Walgreens' master data management systems (Stibo and SupplierNet) to manage data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Manage the item setup process from start to finish by collaborating with internal teams and with our distributor and retail partners
Build and maintain trade spend plans within internal SAP system (TPM)
Configure and manage coupon offerings
Review and approve ad proofs from retail partners
Research & validate deductions, post audits, and trade spend invoices
Validate seasonal item selections and test POs
Coordinate retailer sales meetings and ensure accuracy and completeness of required deliverables
In addition to the duties listed, this role may encompass other related responsibilities as needed

Specific Knowledge & Skills


Preferred experience within the CPG channel (confectionary experience desirable)
Preferred direct experience with the drug channel (Walgreens experience desirable)
Preferred bachelor's degree or higher (specialization within Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting desirable)
Other Job Requirements
This position may work out of a team sales office or home office
Travel on average of 5% of time
Spends 75% of time at desk working at computer or phone.
Spends 10% of time interacting with key customers for purpose of influencing business results.
Spends 10% of time observing conditions in retail outlets, attending off-site sales meetings and performing other miscellaneous activities.
Occasional to Constant Repetitive Fine Manipulation (keyboarding, ten key, writing)
Rare to Occasional ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Salary: $64705 - $85000 / year
