Job Description
Manage multiple portfolios by collaborating with cross functional teams to build a supply chain application as a product with functions such as manufacturing, operations, demand forecasts and supply planning, inventory, and warehousing domain. Lead the transformation to design and re-engineer business processes to improve transparency and visibility for the client with feature enhancements and newer capabilities. Develop dashboards to provide insights within supply chain functions to drive executive consensus and decision making based on periodic supply chain and operations data analysis. Build data driven future state solutions by gathering business requirements and creating process maps through a root cause analysis of current pain points. Create training modules to coach customers to effectively customize and leverage the capabilities of the tool thereby helping them adapt and navigate change while minimizing operational disruptions. Enhance processes by analyzing systems and create policies and procedures to resolve issues encountered by the team. Create team guidance for skill development by researching and analyzing current industry trends and help build product expertise in a collaborative environment. Optimize supply chain strategies and build a project plan with implementation timelines by evaluating risks, building value stream maps and assessing operational performance.
