Job Description
Manage operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure proper resources needed to manufacture meats and
cheeses. Analyze operations and address any production concerns. Develop and maintain quality control
systems and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards. Ensure proper maintenance of facility
equipment, report defects and coordinate replacements as needed. Analyze processing schedules, production
orders, and output to ensure production stays on schedule and within set budgets. Coordinate with executives on
how to best utilize staff and equipment to meet production goals. Review production reports and streamline
production processes
