The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Laboratory staff and workflow to meet Customer and Regulatory requirements.

What you will do with us:

1. Supervises workflow and technical staff in execution of Laboratory testing, in support of regulatory and quality system compliance to meet Customer specifications
2. Mentors and develops staff for planning, scheduling and monitoring of Laboratory operations
3. Oversees purchasing of laboratory supplies meets departmental needs and approves purchase requisitions
4. Executes operational improvements to efficiency, quality and/or cost
5. Owns interview process for open positions, makes decisions on hiring
6. Initiates and executes Quality System Investigations, Customer Dissatisfactions and Corrective actions as required by procedure

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree - Technical field
Minimum 8 years experience in a Laboratory
Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role

* Ability to work under control in pressure situations and adapt rapidly to change.
* Ability to work well with others.
