Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Project Manager (Vault) to join our amazing culture. The Project Manager's primary responsibility is the management of bank branch equipment and/or vault installation projects, as well as, managing the service fulfillment within their geography. The PM will work closely with our Service Dispatch team as service calls arise to provide technical support for technicians in the field for both vault doors and safes. The PM assumes responsibilities for projects once the sales executive completes the sale of a project to a customer. From that point, the PM is responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of product to the customer's agreed specifications and for the complete, on-time, and on-budget completion of the installation of the products. Service
Manage service technicians nationwide including field training
Manage ticket fulfillment to meet company objectives including Standard Response Time, First Time Completion, Quality and Emergency Response time
Work with call center and accounting to meet customers' needs
Help resolve complicated service issues quickly and effectively as needed
Identify replacement parts as required and maintain adequate inventory levels of parts to achieve service level agreements.
Identify recurring service issues that may warrant replacement of failing equipment or additional technician training
Manage preventative maintenance inspections, cleanings and service on covered equipment
Provide technical assistance to service team members as needed
Provide direct technical support for customers.
Project Opening
Review customer requirements with sales executive and provide labor hours when required or conduct site surveys with salesman in unique situations
Establish and maintain contact with customer/general contractor/customer project manager after the project is sold
Conduct External Project Kick-Off Meetings to confirm customer expectations and identify any unique job requirements (e.g. Site access, elevators, timing)
Inspect job site as required after scope is defined and sold - includes field measuring and digital photographs
Project Management
Establish and maintain project planning
Identify key milestones and key dependencies
Identify key project risks and risk mitigation strategies
Manage all work streams including arranging for qualified sub-contractors as needed
Participate in jobsite meetings as required
Provide periodic reports to customers on overall project, key milestones and risks when required
Maintain job and project data in company databases
Equipment Installation
