Job Description
Job Title: Sales Analyst I
Duration: 10 months
Location: Lake Forest, IL, 60045
Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Looking for a sales analyst to join our Sales Force Effectiveness team. In this role, the sales analyst will:
Process data & perform calculations for incentive compensation quarterly payouts including SPIFs
Support quarterly analytics related to incentive compensation
Support monthly business planning meetings through data analysis
Assist with documentation of incentive compensation process and calculations
The candidate must have:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Experience with incentive compensation programs
Strong Excel experience
Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
Ideally, the candidate would have hands-on experience with:
MS Office (Excel and Access)
DOMO or other BI reporting tool (i.e. - PowerBI)
