Summary: The Treasury Management Receivables Product Segment Manager will lead a product team by directing, guiding and supporting the revenue growth of the Treasury Management segment through increased segment penetration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Utilizes expertise to build segment knowledge of how business customers adopt Treasury Management receivables products and services including: Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Electronic Bill Pay & Presentment (EBPP), Cash, Integrated Receivables, etc.

+ Shapes the product strategy/roadmap by assessing the competitive marketplace; understanding customer needs; developing product roadmaps/business cases; assessing regulatory needs; and implementing new receivable solutions/capabilities.

+ Analyzes customer adoption patterns to create consolidated, efficient solutions to minimize sales and implementation effort.

+ Accountable for the product revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, Risk, etc) to deliver new products/capabilities.

+ Manages, builds, and maintains relationships with sales and service to support segment sales and marketing efforts.

+ Works to blur the line of distinction of individual products and manages the development of market-based positioning and go to market tactics.

+ Develops, manages, and maintains integrated solution collateral and proposals.

+ Guides customer demos and webinars to help sales establish credibility with customers/prospects.

+ Coordinates with marketing to develop and publish customer endorsed use case studies and other receivables collateral.

+ Leads the development and creation of use cases to help sales uncover new opportunities.

+ Facilitate training to sales/service colleagues on how to position receivables solutions and differentiate Huntington from other bank and fintech providers.

+ Represents Huntington at industry events including conferences, advisory boards, vendor training, etc.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 10+ years of Treasury Management experience

+ 3+ years of experience managing a diverse team

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree

+ CTP or similar Industry Certification preferred.

+ Provides thought leadership and strategic planning

+ Provides training, guidance and staff development in product knowledge, data management, business analysis and strategic planning

+ Demonstrated/proven leadership skills
