As an Executive Director of Content Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of content strategies to support the organization’s goals and objectives. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial services, content management best practices, and a proven track record of driving results through effective partnership and agile product delivery.

You will interface and collaborate with all levels and functions throughout the business.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute a comprehensive content management strategy for the Global Banking Middle Office, aligning to business objectives, audience needs and industry trends

+ Lead a team of content creators, editors, and strategists to produce and manage high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including digital and print

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure content is integrated and aligns to quality and format standards across the business

+ Conduct regular content audits and performance analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

+ Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging capabilities, and regulatory changes to inform content strategy and maintain compliance standards

+ Drive innovation and continuous improvement in content development processes, tools, and technologies

+ Manage content distribution channels and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) to optimize content organization, maintenance and overall end-user experience

+ Partner with internal and external product owners and technology teams to raise, prioritize and implement content management and usability features and capabilities

+ Create and execute product roadmap, project plans, timelines, and OKRs with tangible outcomes, aligning to business goals and objectives

+ Align business, cross-functional and internal team stakeholders on vision and keep apprised of updates

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

+ 10+ years of work experience in content management, marketing or a related field

+ 7+ years in a leadership or management role

+ Deep understanding of financial services industry trends, products, and regulations

+ Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, learning, and adoption

+ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to convey complex concepts in clear, compelling language

+ Experience with design, build and adoption of content management systems, including Adobe Experience Manager

+ Experience in technical writing methodologies, including structured authoring frameworks

+ Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends, insights, and provide regular progress to senior stakeholders

+ Ability to work in a fast paced, transformative work environment while driving results

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

+ Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager Guides and Sites

+ XML/DITA authoring experience

+ AI/ML development and integration experience

Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners.
