The Headlines :

In the role of Manager Commercial Technology Products “Sales Technology Manager” working in Chicago, IL , you will be part of the IT Commercial Technology team. You will be part of the IT organization and the information liaison and relationship-builder for cross-functional capabilities, processes, and process-related issues. You will influence others both inside and outside of the department by bringing the department’s information to bear on technology and Commercial related matters.

This position reports to Sr Mgr. Product Solution Owner and will lead conversations with stakeholders on capabilities, determining and prioritizing capability objectives, maximize value delivered by technical team, and serve as a business owner on initiatives through their lifecycle.This role is competent in conducting and understanding analysis, signing off on user acceptance testing, change management, and communications.

The Responsibilities:

+ Work with cross-functional business stakeholders and partners to evaluate capabilities against the business requirements for capabilities with integration and data components

+ Actively engage in strategic and detailed areas of the business, demonstrating business and technology acumen in functional areas

+ Management of a technology backlog and delivery team on a day-to-day basis

+ Business technology planning, backlog management and refinement, and output evaluation

+ Business process and technology implementation

+ Represent Molson Coors on business technology discussions with distributors and retailers, identify opportunities and provide solutions

+ Willingness to travel and work with distributors and retailers up to 5% of the time

The Other Qualifications:

+ You have a bachelor’s degree in business or analytics OR 5-10 years of progressive sales and/or technology experience

+ You have an understanding of the 3-tier system, preferably within the beverage industry

+ You have practiced ability to collaborate and influence senior leadership and business partners to define business processes, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results

+ You are capable of understanding and translating technical concepts into practical business terms for leaders in both small and large group settings

+ You have expert ability to analyze and document complex business processes

+ You have the ability to understand the underlying data components of the sales process

+ You have the ability to make effective decisions under pressure, be flexible, and stay positive – things change regularly

+ You can think analytically and effectively problem solve

+ You can gather and interpret relevant data and information

+ You possess an in depth understanding of consumer goods industry and willingness to learn Molson Coors commercial processes

+ You haveexperience (preferred but not required) in the following:

+ IT Project management experience, Scaled Agile is a plus.

+ Tableau experience

+ Salesforce experience, preferably with Admin certification.

+ SQL and SOQL experience

+ Familiarity with SAP, particularly with Customer Master Data, and Sales & Distribution module.
