Job Description
Description We are seeking an HR Generalist to be based in Chicago, Illinois, 60607, United States. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves various tasks that are central to human resources functions. You will be expected to handle responsibilities such as implementing new programs, maintaining HR files, employee development, and onboarding.
Responsibilities: - Implement and collaborate on new programs related to ADP payroll modules – Create and maintain an up-to-date employee roster – Keep HR files organized and current – Facilitate employee development, onboarding and training initiatives – Maintain a working relationship with EAP and facilitate relevant conversations – Handle disciplinary action procedures with employees – Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish and English to communicate effectively across diverse teams – Apply knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration in daily tasks – Display organizational capabilities in handling various tasks and responsibilities – Manage employee conflicts and provide appropriate solutions – Conduct new employee orientation and manage employee benefit plans Requirements – Minimum of one year experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or similar position – Proficiency in ADP – Financial Services is required – Fluency in Spanish language is required – Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) Administration – Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational capabilities – Experience in disciplining employees in a detail oriented and fair manner – Ability to provide employee assistance in various matters – Proven experience in managing employee conflicts and ensuring effective resolution – Experience in developing and executing employee training programs – Familiarity with conducting new employee orientation sessions – Knowledge and understanding of Employee Benefit Plan administration is required.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
