Position Summary

The Pricing Analyst will report to the Finance Operations Manager, and will interact with the Practice Consultants, staff as well as various contacts in corporate departments (Contract Setup, Project Support, Finance/Accounting, Resource Management, etc.)? The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining an efficient pricing process as well as perform ad hoc analysis, assist with special projects, and support other operational and financial processes as necessary.?

Qualifications

- Monitor Pricing Evaluation Dashboard.

- Review accuracy of completed pricing tools and assist where necessary.

- Ensure consistency across pricing tools and software.

- Triage pricing approval requests to appropriate parties.

- Proactively track pending approval requests through pricing approval process to ensure timely feedback/approval.

- Perform various ad hoc project analysis and reporting as needed.

- Maintain multiple internal relationships within the Practice and Corporate functions.

- Work cooperatively with others to achieve goals.

- Take prompt action to accomplish tasks based on direction received by management.

- Use critical judgement when applicable.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, preferred major Finance and/or Business

- Professional services industry experience preferred

- 1-3 years of experience required

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the company

- Possess exceptional customer service skills and ability to proactively work to address challenges

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Desire to improve and find efficiencies in existing processes

- The ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Exceptional computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Other analytics tools including Salesforce and Workday are a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $55,000-$75,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $60,500-$82,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
