Job Description
Responsibilities:+ Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the financial and operational performance of Invenergy’s operating portfolio for the Asset Management team, senior management, and outside investors.
+ Develop and implement a new reporting regime for Invenergy’s services business
+ Analyze and explain variances between actual and expected performance by identifying key operational and commercial drivers in collaboration with the Asset Management, Operations, Commercial Execution, and Accounting teams
+ Provide modeling expertise to help drive efficiencies & standards for all reporting deliverables
+ Design and drive the implementation of processes and procedures to streamline and improve the existing reporting process
Required Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics)
+ Demonstrated proficiency building financial models in Excel
+ At least one year working in financial planning and analysis or similar function
+ Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Skills:
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills
+ Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to high standards
+ Experience in the electric industry and familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud
