Job Description
Responsibility Detail:
+ Maintain Anywhere Brands revenue tracker (Daily Flash), including daily open and closed growth rate schedules.
+ Reporting of all Brands actual royalty revenue and revenue drivers in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Perform in-depth data analysis, including transaction patterns, to determine Brand’s financial standing.
+ Preparation of Brands revenue journal entries during the month-end close.
+ Report and analyze Brands market performance against industry standards.
+ Responsible for financial data repository II integrity ensuring all applicable accounts are reflected accurately.
+ Interaction with auditors as needed, ensuring month-end controls are in place
+ Load of stats actuals and forecast to financial data repository.
+ Brands AOP analysis.
+ Anywhere quarterly volume deck.
+ Manage production incentive forecast and record monthly amortization.
+ Preparation of G/L account reconciliations.
+ Special projects as needed.
Experience / Education Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
+ 4+ years of related experience.
+ Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office Excel.
+ Knowledge and use of Hyperion products preferred.
+ Proficiency in Power BI features and capabilities.
+ Attention to detail and the ability to ensure the integrity of financial data.
+ Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.
+ Must have effective communication and presentation skills, and willing to collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization including Finance, Operations, and Technology departments.
+ Self-motivated, confident, results oriented, strong business acumen.
+ Strong task management and prioritization skills. Possess ability to follow-through on all assigned tasks.
