Job Description

The Product Analyst Senior is responsible for delivering complex solution products that drive value for our customers. This role is part of a Product Team and drives collaboration with Scrum Masters, Solution Product Owners, Engineers, Quality Analysts and external/cross-functional teams to fulfill solution product goals, ensuring solutions align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & other success measurements. Experienced in Agile and working in an Agile environment across interdependent teams, the Product Analyst Senior leads engagement with cross functional teams, collaborating to create and refine user stories for prioritization in the product backlog.

Responsibilities

+ Drive the solution ensuring the outcome meets the true business value by working closely with the Solution Product Owners and engineers to validate designs, facilitate demos and Product Team iterative reviews

+ Collaborate with the Solution Product Owner and technical leads to take Epics and Features from ideas to tangible delivery by analyzing business needs with a technical focus on the end-user outcome

+ Collaborate with Solution Product Owner to refine user stories into atomic units of work; driving the technical components through to supporting deployment into production, and any necessary production support thereafter

+ Communicate effectively and clearly by crafting, articulating and executing a clear product vision that is consistent with the company’s short and long-term business strategy and defined by the Product Owner and/or business leadership to drive value to the organization

+ Perform UI/UX Design and Screen mock-ups utilizing Adobe Studio or similar design tools

+ Manage work direction, lead, influence, mentor and provide feedback to others within the team

+ Foster and support established Communities of Practice across the various teams ensuring collaboration

+ Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required

+ 5 years of experience or education in analysis, business process change or similar experience

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

+ Expertise in building strong collaborative relationships

+ Ability to coach other team members

+ Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive change

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare experience with understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, the Exchanges along with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI and PHI)

+ Experience working in an internal or commercial software development organization with experience in Agile software development life cycle

+ Understanding of security implications of domain

+ Experience in the given product domain; understanding of business processes and workflows

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

+ Ability to work outside of Prime’s core hours of 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CST

+ Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

+ Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

+ Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

+ Reports to a Manager in the Information Technology department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $85,600.00 – $128,400.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
