Job Requirements:

+ Experience: 8+ years of related experience in technical project management, product design, or related fields

+ Expertise: Proven experience in leading software and hardware development, cloud development projects (OCI, Azure, AWS), and enterprise cloud solutions

+ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

+ Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of SDLC and modern application development with cloud services

+ Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with excellent judgment, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical abilities

+ Critical Thinking: Ability to think broadly and strategically, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

+ Collaboration: Demonstrable ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams, establishing and maintaining roadmaps, and ensuring high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

+ Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Project Managers and Site Reliability Engineers, encouraging a high-performance culture.

+ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for client migrations, aligning with the overall goals and vision of OHAI.

+ Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

+ Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction and support to the team, ensuring the implementation of standard processes in software and hardware development.

+ Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in migration processes, recommending significant changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards of operational readiness and excellence, developing and managing roadmaps for multi-functional teams.

+ Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and solutions.

+ Client Support: Ensure outstanding support for clients during and after the migration process, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

US: Hiring Range: from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
