Zurich North America is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join the MM and E&S Actuarial team within Finance Actuarial. This Actuarial Analyst role will be responsible for supporting Zurich’s Middle Market and E&S business.

We are open to hiring talent in one of the following locations: Schaumburg or Toronto.

The responsibilities include:

+ Calculate actuarial best estimate reserves (loss and premium) for defined segments of insurance business

+ Participate in ground-up and top-down planning and forecasting IFRS17 loss ratios

+ Provide support for the monthly and quarterly financial close

Basic Qualifications:

+ Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 2 or more years technical/insurance experienceOR

+ Bachelors Degree with 3.0 cumulative GPA and No prior experience required in the Actuarial areaAND

+ Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams
