Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will develop and maintain assembly line balance, support the development and upkeep of assembly routings, and provide technical support for daily operations. Your responsibilities will include procuring and managing assembly hand tools, workstations, and equipment, supporting new product development, and ensuring the successful and timely introduction of new products and engineering changes into production. You will also contribute to plant safety and security programs, design and develop electronic and computer-controlled mechanical systems, participate in continuous improvement meetings, and assist in training new personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for capturing and publishing standard work videos and performing other duties as assigned.
