Job Description
ADECCO IS LOOKING TO HIRE A DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST FOR ONE OF OUR TOP CLIENTS! Pay rate $24.68/hour Location: Melrose Park, IL 6 month contract The main function of the Documentation Specialist will be to route a backlog of SOPs for review and approval through the site documentation database. Responsibilities: Train on company Document Database Update and Reformat local SOPs per internal requirements Provide document revisions and technical writing Work closely with colleagues across other departments to ensure SOP updates are sufficient Work on multiple SOPs in various stages and maintain a detailed status of each one Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years related experience required. At least 2 years of prior documentation experience Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, self-starting and a quick learner, well organized, can learn EDMS system quickly (training will be provided)
Pay Details: $24.68 per hour
