The Implementation Lead is responsible for training, developing and deploying quality standards in collaboration with operations managers and site leads to ensure appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market utilizing a connected network approach. These individuals support field sales management and operations teams in achieving optimal inventory, ongoing training efforts and applying advanced analytics for optimal efficiency. This role will manage tactical analytics, inventory specialization and optimization, site implementation and will be responsible for supporting ongoing training of on-site ops teams and further build out of system capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

+ Lead training efforts around FSO and Operations teams to create a streamlined transition to new SAAS partner, Move Medical.

+ Assess individual training needs, develop training sessions and schedule ongoing live and virtual workshops to improve workplace performance and align with FSN goals and objectives. Inventory and systemic training and support for go live of each sales office

+ Prepare and create learning materials and modules based on product usage and enhancements to drive user adoption and knowledge.

+ Schedule regular training sessions and lead efforts to shift to a train the trainer model for all site leads to be able to replicate efforts and evaluate effectiveness throughout entire network.

+ Create and maintain standard operating procedures across all Field Sales Network sites.

+ Physical mapping, infrastructure design and communication with best-in-class SAAS partner, Move Medical to implement best layout design of each sales office, ensure product integrity for sales optimization and quarterly sample audits of sites within area.

+ Responsible for delivering ongoing updates and changes for FSO and Ops teams on MoveMedical transition and embedded analytics to define optics and efficiency.

+ Create best practices for day-to-day outbound logistics expertise to support the Field Selling Organization and enable future capabilities for additional sites.

+ Utilize tray turn and Bluetooth processing data from Project Invisible to eliminate waste and create better forecasting for set needs and on call demand.

+ Use analytics to drive strategic, technical, and tactical initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Employ analytics including ELogic and SAP to refine inventory management and utilization of assets across connected network and a refocused entitlement model to drive local FSO conversations on trunk stock and excess consignment.

+ Create and deliver QBR’s to onsite Ops Teams to establish site metrics for sales and inventory as well as future optimization efforts. Establish a united front to present to leadership on best practices and results.

+ Collaborate across J&J E2E supply chain partners, commercial operations, marketing and field sales leadership.

+ Connect in depth with business partners and be seen as a trusted advisor to provide strategic financial insights while influencing the decision-making process.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent degree, required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Required:

+ A minimum 6 years of related work experience

+ Leadership, Training and/or people management

+ Clear understanding of Standard Procedures and ability to modify, update and train to them

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel

Preferred:

+ Background in healthcare and/or central services

+ Experience building reports with visualization programs, e.g., PowerBI and/or Tableau.

+ Experience Working in highly regulated industries.

+ Public Speaking

+ Agile operations ability and capability to manage or support projects

+ Sales or Sales support role experience in Trauma, Spine or Joint Recon

+ Project Management Certification/Experience

Other:

+ 50% domestic travel to sites as needed is required.

+ This role is field based and support the Northeast and Central regions

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

+ Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

+ Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
