As our Cash Posting Team Lead you will help ensure payments are applied appropriately leading to improved patient experience and client satisfaction. Every day you will, oversee the team’s daily activities and workflow, identifying and resolving workflow issues, ensuring productivity, and maintaining high performance and quality metrics. To thrive in this role you must be organized, able to multitask, and use your experience in cash posting to provide support to your team and clients.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Cash Posting Team Lead:

+ Analyze and report productivity metrics, monitor staffing levels and assign work

+ Address and resolve client concerns and escalations

+ Develop and coach team members

Required Skills:

+ Understand cash posting principles and process

+ Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel – ability to filter and sort reports

+ Customer service skills; concise and professional written and verbal communication

+ Ability to coach and mentor

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.16 – $24.79 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
