Job Description
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support three Sales Directors and other business unit managers. This role involves heavy calendar management, managing candidate processes, coordinating travel and meetings, assisting with on-site customer visits, and general office duties. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for preparing and managing documents, reports, and confidential material, ensuring smooth operations within the business units.

Work Environment
This position operates in a fully onsite setting with work hours generally from 8-5, with flexibility between 7:30 to 4:30 or 8:30 to 5:30. The work environment requires business professional attire.
