Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating GMP machinery, checking production schedules to determine variety and quantity to cook, and setting up machinery for production runs. You will adhere to standards and SOPs, identify the correct ingredients and equipment needed for runs, and input information into the touch screen panel. This includes raw material info, pump info, gauges, valves, and temperatures. The Machine Operator will also be tasked with feeding the cooker with raw materials and using controls to regulate temperature, amount of raw materials, and speeds. When needed, you will diagnose and help resolve mechanical issues with equipment, working closely with our maintenance team. Operating a forklift to move materials will also be part of your role. This position is full-time, with the working hours being 10am-6pm, 6 days a week. Heavy overtime is available when new products are being run.

This is a fully on-site position in Bellwood, Illinois.
Work Environment
The work environment is a GMP Environment. The dress code requires you to dress in GMP attire which the company will provide. You can wear jeans and a t-shirt underneath the provided attire.
