Position Highlights:
Position: Patient Support Associate II
Location: Glenbrook Hospital , Glenview IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What you will need:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Certification: N/A
Experience: Previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred. On the job training is provided for those who do not have previous experience.
What you will do:
Answer phones
Greet patients and check in for appointments
Schedule appointments
Complete patient registration
Provide other administrative support to the Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology departments
Verify insurances
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to interact effectively with patients, team members, physicians and maintain team-oriented relationships.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and effectively utilize department/hospital specific software systems.
Organizational skills necessary to maintain schedules, phone calls, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ability to remain flexible and perform work assignments independently on an ever-changing priority basis.
Ability to consistently adhere to Endeavor customer service standards including appearance and telephone etiquette.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as part of a team.
Ability and willingness to occasionally float between locations when needed
