Overview
**Eligible for $15,000 Sign on Bonus - experienced external candidates**
OSF will invest in you day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Vacation/Holiday time frontloaded on day 1. This is in addition to our generous Paid Time Off plans!
**$3.25 Weekend Differential**
Expected pay for this position is $32.08 - $40.41/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse Home Care is responsible for a scope of care that encompasses all ages from infancy through geriatric. The RN demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care this appropriate to the ages of the patients served. Coordinates inter-disciplinary care to patients, which may include nursing, therapy, social work, home care aide, home medical equipment and home infusion services as needed.
This position requires working 11 out of 12 weekends.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Provides own transportation and auto insurance and abides by all laws, rules and recommendations for safe driving while on duty.
Maintains a valid driver's license.
Licensure/ Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Current RN License in current state.
BLS American Heart Association
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BSN
Experience: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
Other skills/knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
