Job Title: UX Architect

Job location –Rosemont, IL- Hybrid position with some telecommuting flexibility, but requirement to physically be in Rosemont, IL office occasionally/as needed.

Salary:$97,203.38 per year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, interviews, and surveys, and then translate that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and functional prototypes.
• Setup the system and processes that will be used to design the product including but not limited to prototypes with interaction notes, behavioral expectations, customer journey creation,
• and other behaviors.
• Collaborate with IT and Marketing stakeholders.
• Partner with business and marketing teams to understand the desired product outcomes.
• Inform the process and roadmap.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Centered Design, or related field plus 3 years of relevant experience.

The position also requires:

• 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe XD).
• 3 years of experience with User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Content Strategy.
• 3 years of experience with Design Patterns, Human-Centered Design, User Experience Design Processes, User Design Tools.
• 2 years of experience with Stakeholder Management (cross-functional teams).
• 2 years of experience with problem-solving within the UX scope, business acumen to translate business problems/opportunities into customer journeys.
