Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Client Team Leader with consumer products (or related) engineering, construction, or manufacturing experience who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success. This position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI; Chicago, IL; Madison, WI; or Milwaukee, WI office, or US-Based Remote work from home location.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible to both your assigned client as well as your Foth project execution team. Through the delivery of personalized, client-centered service, you will develop and manage positive and productive long-term client relationships. By demonstrating a dynamic and positive leadership style, you will encourage and motivate a multi-disciplined team to support your clients' engineering, equipment and capital execution needs, enabling them to be a leader in their market.
In addition to natural interpersonal skills, you will also need to possess strong business, technical, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be able to generate revenue, deliver profitability, create and implement strategic plans, and make timely decisions.
Finally, you will need to maintain a flexible schedule and will be expected to travel as necessary to meet the needs of the role.

P&L responsibilities for capital execution projects withing a client account portfolio
Ability to travel with short notice
Presentation development and delivery skills
Demonstrated strategic decision making
Build relationships and professional networksRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
10+ years of consumer products (or related) engineering or manufacturing experience
7+ years of sales, account management, client development, and or stakeholder's management across business units
3+ years of supervisory experienceRequired Previous Recent Experience with the Following:
Management of client relationships
Management of cross functional stakeholders
Contract negotiation, management and administration Preferred Qualifications:
Account management experience
Ability to do revenue projections
Ability to navigate social media platforms for business purposes
CRM platform experience
Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
Project Management Professional
Capital projects portfolio management
