Summary
Improve supply related customer satisfaction while supporting revenue and profit growth through improved run rate and pipeline forecasting and implementation of CPFR process for Business Solutions group.
Responsibilities
Maintain responsible channel's run rate and Pipeline (Project) forecast up to date at the models level, including NPI and EOL, with Sales Team
Implement and run CPFR (Collaborative Forecasting Planning and Replenishment) processes with LG Sales Team and customers to create and audit sales forecasts and sustain proper inventory levels at each Account
Own timely delivery and supply visibility of open orders through coordination with PM (PSI), OM, & Logistics
Provide visibility & improvement plans for the channel's/Account's KPIs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in SCM or related field
Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
Team oriented; proactive and action-oriented
Analytical, able to transform qualitative and quantitative data into executable strategies
Aptitude to define operational requirements and implement processes and systems to support those requirements
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn new tools and applications quickly
