Description:
About the Project:
The client currently uses on older version of IBM Transformation Extender (ITX, previously Mercator (Currently on version 8.4.1)) for data management and transformation
- The entire data transformation set supported by ITX needs to be upgraded to a current version of ITX (Upgrade target version is 10.x)
- The client has been working on upgrading ITX for some time, but due to resource constraints has not completed the migration so they want a project team assembled to organize and complete the ITX upgrade
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Validate Current State
- Define ITX upgrade, data, and security requirements and activities
- Define associated system data integration requirements and activities
- Create a project plan
- Plan for executing on preferred option
- Procure additional resources to execute the migration if needed
- Perform integration, data, and security upgrade project work
