Job Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Navigating online platforms used for timesheets, expense reports, client invoicing, and client-related travel.
· Performing billing tasks, such as invoice creation, bill rate audits, and monitoring accounts receivable.
· Maintaining internal client databases and ensuring records are complete and accurate.
· Preparing reports
· Assisting with client project audits and resolving discrepancies.
· Managing communication with project managers and clients via Teams or email.
· Providing administrative support to the Financial Services and Project Management functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Associate's degree in a related field such as Accounting or Business Administration.
· Nominally requires 5 years of work-related experience.
· Proficiency in Excel; creating formulas, tables, and pivot tables.
· Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
· Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and web-based interfaces.
· Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
