Job Description
We are searching for a 2nd shift CNC Machinist with a minimum of 1 years’ experience operating CNC machines. The core hours for 2nd shift are 6 pm – 3 am Monday – Thursday and 3 pm – 8 pm on Fridays. The 2nd shift CNC Machinist will set-up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints, specifications and manufacturing orders. Haumiller Engineering machines our own parts following standards and prints. Most of our CNC machines have similar set-ups. Our machines include Mazak CNC mills, 3 and 5 axis and Mazak lathe (Mazatrol).

Responsibilities:
- Set-up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints, specifications, manufacturing orders and work instructions
- Previous experience programming Mazak CNC’s is preferred, but all CNC machinists will be trained to become CNC programmers.
- Responsible for monitoring the feed and speed of machines during the machining process
- Maintains correct dimensions of parts while running jobs using measuring instruments
- Previous experience with CAM programming and editing preferred
