Job Description
The Assistant Director for Cultural and Social Justice Programming is primarily responsible for
- Proactive programming: Developing and implementing social and collaborative programs in the areas of antiracism, equity, and justice and supporting assessment of these programs.
- Responsive programming: Developing, implementing, and supporting the assessment of programs that are responsive to student priorities, institutional values, and local/national/global events that impact student’s identity, belonging, and humanity.
- Partnerships: Cultivating cross-campus and community partnerships to support program development.
- Ad hoc Advisement: Serving as a liaison advisor to culturally based organizations.
