Central Territory Headquarters LI
Job Objective:
This position is responsible for assisting the Operations/Trust departments with ACH processing, cash deposit preparation, logging/distribution of checks to proper departments for processing, journal entry preparation, mortgage billings, electronic project filings & trust earnings calculations all in accordance with established policies
Essential Functions:

Ensure that proper security procedures are followed regarding incoming checks and cash
Review all incoming checks for compliance with TSA
Process and distribute incoming checks and A/P checks to THQ
Prepare and input all deposit activity or bank
Provide General Fund Accountant with daily deposit information for
File receipting batches
Oversee/perform petty cash
Assist in processing and distributing vehicle license plates, emissions, vehicle recalls and city
Monitor I-Pass activity and distribute
Process monthly mortgage billings/credit memos
Trust earnings calculations
Assist in managing PDF backup
Enter journal entries as needed
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
Associate degree in general business from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience:
2 years' experience preferred in related field.
Skills:
Ability to speak read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, beneficiaries and customers; and to perform the requirements of this job

Work is performed in a typical office environment. Full-time position may require some weekend and evening work.
