Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior architect to lead clients and project teams in the execution of critical facilities, industrial, and logistics projects. This role encompasses design, technical expertise, and project management. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a consistent design presence within our core team, mentoring staff, and ensuring the successful realization of design goals.

What You Will Do
Design Leadership:
Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and realize design goals.
Maintain a consistent design presence within the team, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Grow and mentor team members on the design of projects.
Technical Expertise:
Translate design visions into technically competent detailing that achieves the desired look and feel.
Guide engineers on civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical building systems to meet design and layout goals.
Participate in drawing and specification production, including but not limited establishing a cartoon set, guiding the team throughout documentation, creating and picking up redlines, developing and finalizing details, reviewing before milestone issuances.
Project and Client Leadership:
Lead clients and project teams through the design phases, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Engage in staffing discussions and maintain fiscal responsibility for project delivery.
Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development and leading or assisting in proposal preparation.
Thought Leadership and Marketing:
Partner with practice area leadership and marketing teams to enhance internal and external messaging.
Contribute to the development of qualifications, responses to RFPs (Request for Proposal), and our point of view.
Engage in thought leadership activities, including writing blogs or articles, participating in panel discussions, and speaking engagements.

Your Qualifications
Proven experience in leading design and project teams for critical facilities, industrial, and logistics projects.
Strong technical skills with the ability to translate design visions into practical, buildable solutions.
Excellent client management skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow team members.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in public speaking and thought leadership activities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Professional architectural licensure.
