Job Description
- Move automotive vehicles from one location to another.
- Conduct inspection and documentation of vehicle (truck and trailer) and cargo (vehicles and equipment) conditions (pre-trip and post-trip).
- Load each vehicle onto a specialized trailer.
- Handle the delivery of multiple cars during each trip.
- Ensure that the load is secure, and that auto transport trailer meets safety standards and weight restrictions.
- Ensure proper use of ELD systems (GeoTab) to manage Hours of Service and audit HOS logs.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain vehicle paperwork records, safety related equipment, etc.
